Orders arrive in 3–5 working days from dispatch. We give a range rather than a date, because an invented delivery date is worse than an honest range.

A flat PKR 250 anywhere we deliver, and free on orders of PKR 5,000 or more. The threshold is inclusive: an order of exactly PKR 5,000 ships free.

Across Pakistan. Your full total, including delivery, is shown before you place the order — there is nothing added afterwards.

Yes. Your order's status is under Your orders and updates as we confirm, pack and dispatch it; guests can look an order up on Track your order with the order number and their email or phone. Once it ships we add the courier and consignment number and email them to you.

Cash on delivery: you pay the courier when the parcel reaches you. Nothing is charged when you place the order, and you never enter card details for a cash-on-delivery order.

Card payment is being set up and is not available yet. Until it is, every order is cash on delivery. When cards go live the option will appear at checkout — we would rather show one method that works than two where one fails.

You pay only when the parcel is in your hands, so there is no payment to lose if something goes wrong. Your account is protected by optional two-factor authentication, and we never store card details.

No. You can check out as a guest with just a name, phone number and address. Creating an account afterwards keeps your order history and saved items, and we offer it once the order is placed rather than before.

Yes, until it ships. Open the order under Your orders and cancel it there; anything reserved goes straight back into stock. Once a parcel is with the courier it can no longer be cancelled, only returned.

You have 14 days from delivery to start a return. Items should be unused and in their original packaging.

Reviews are open on anything you have actually received — the option appears against the order once it ships, and on the product page. Only verified purchases can review, which is why the ratings here mean something.
