Flat rate anywhere we deliver. Free on orders of PKR 5,000 or more.

Working days from dispatch. A range, because we would rather be right than precise.
You pay
On delivery
Cash to the courier when the parcel reaches you. Nothing is taken up front.
How an order works

You place it
As a guest or signed in. The full total, delivery included, is shown on the button you press — that figure is what you pay, and nothing is added later.

We confirm it
We check the order and reserve the stock. You can still cancel at this point from Your orders, and anything reserved goes straight back.
- 3
It ships
Once it is with the courier it can no longer be cancelled. It arrives in 3–5 working days, and the status updates as it moves.

You pay the courier
Cash, on the doorstep. Please have the exact total ready — the courier may not carry change.
Changed your mind?
You have 14 days from delivery to start a return, and you can cancel outright any time before the parcel ships. The full terms are on the returns page.
If a parcel is refused at the door it comes back to us at our cost, which is why we would always rather answer a question first — the FAQ covers most of them.
